He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Deese and Lillie Deese; and his siblings, Mildred, Helen Brooks, Vernell Smith and Othelia Deese.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Deese of Ranburne, AL; his sons, Greg Deese (Jackie) and Steven Deese (Amanda); his siblings, Owedia Spruill, Byron Deese (Joyce) and Kenneth Deese; and his grandchildren, Belinda Turner, Taylor Walldorff (Greyson), Skylar Deese, Hannah Turner, Holley Turner and Sydney Deese.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Crumley's Chapel Church of God.
