He is survived by: his sons, Mason Hollingsworth and Gage Hollingsworth; his parents, Shelly Hollingsworth and Donald Hollingsworth; his siblings, Hannah Cocklereece (Joe), Faith Hollingsworth, Jacob Hollingsworth (Brittanee) and Jonathan Hollingsworth; and his grandparents, Floyd and Angela Davis. He is also survived by Several Aunts & Uncles Niece - 1 Nephew.
