She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Taylor; her former husband Edward Benefield; her siblings, Derrell Hiett of Texas, Eddie Hiett of Spokane, WA, Thomas Hiett of Ranburne, AL and Jimmie Turner of Heflin, AL; and her parents, O. B. Hiett and Dola Hiett.
She is survived by: her daughters, Teresa Peavy of Heflin, AL and Tana Taylor of Dothan, AL; her grandchildren, Amy Young of Clementon, NJ, Kristina Goins of San Antonio, TX and Jonathan Rollins of Lynn Haven, FL; and her great grandchildren, Taylor Goins of San Antonio, TX and Kenneth Rollins (Lynn Haven). She is also survived by Several Nieces and Nephews.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Pine Grove Cemetery (921 Co Rd 62, Heflin, AL 36264).
