She was predeceased by: her parents, Catherine Ferguson Millsap and Fred Millsap; her brothers, Danny Millsap and Lamar Millsap; and her sister-in-law Cheryl Millsap.

She is survived by: her children, Tammie Hulsey (Marty) of Muscadine, AL, Robin Olsen (Buff) of Villa Rica, Tim Blair of Muscadine, AL and Gary Blair of Douglasville; her siblings, Kathy Weddington of Blue Ridge and David Millsap of Waco; her sister-in-law Dee Millsap; her grandchildren, James Hulsey, Jessica Culberson (Rodney), Jennifer Hulsey, Holly Ray (Chris), Beth Hansard, Kayla Hansard (Will Day), Amber Olsen, Gary Blair (Shea), Fred Blair, Josh Blair (Ariel) and Ashley Turner (Corey); and her great grandchildren, Beau Blair, Cadon Blair, Cameron Blair, Carson Turner, Riley Kelly, Carter Blair, Koda Day, Penelope Day, Khai Day and Payton Turner. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
