He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Vaughan and Sarah Vaughan of Heflin. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Vaughan; his children, Cindy Vaughan and Tommy; his daughter-in-law Jenny Vaughan; and his grandson Landon Vaughan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the Heflin Baptist Church, 155 Almon Street.
