She was predeceased by: her husband Hobert Hayes; her parents, William Forney and Ruthie Brown Rooks; and her siblings, Gladys Rowland, Corrilla Kent, Lucille Blanton, Edwin Rooks, Frank Rooks, Jay Rooks, David Rooks and Rudolph Rooks.
She is survived by: her daughter Pam Hayes; her granddaughter Crimson Jeffers Numerous; her cousin Chosen; and her children, Sandra Kent Chosen and Gary Cheatwood. She is also survived by Numerous Nieces, Nephews.
