It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Owen (Heflin, Alabama), born in Douglasville, Georgia, who passed away on March 26, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Bill Owen; her brother Joel Robinson; and her parents, Cordia Robinson and Arthur Robinson. She is survived by: her daughter Nikki Owen Smallwood (Jim Smallwood). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
