He was predeceased by: his parents, Ferron W. Masters and Jolaine Shelley Masters; and his sister-in-law Sue Kelly Oliver. He is survived by: his wife Livy Kelly Masters; his children, Eve Masters Thompson (John Payne) and Joseph Masters; his brothers, Steve Masters (Carol) of Fredericksburg, VA and Richard Masters; his grandchildren, Timothy Thompson, Monty Masters and Susie Payne; his brother-in-law Darwin P. Kelly, Jr. (Myra); his nieces, Amanda Gray and Allison Kingston; and his nephew Ryan Masters.
