He was predeceased by: his parents, Oyd Adkinson and Donnie Baker Adkinson; and his sister Virginia Adkinson Lindsey. He is survived by: his children, Kathie Adkinson (Tammy), Bobby Adkinson and Donny Adkinson; and his siblings, Martha "Mott" Parmer and John William Adkinson (Ellen). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends.
