He is survived by: his mother Wanda Charlene Brown Smith; his brother Leslie Curtis Smith; his sons, Wade Smith and Derek Smith; his grandchildren, Kayla, Morgan, Savannah, Kyler and Brayden (Kalli Smith); and his son Phillip.
