He was predeceased by: his parents, Gillis Windham and Daisy Sanders Windham; his former wife Rosie Windham; his daughter Linda Richards; his grandson Lee Wilkerson; and his siblings, Bobbie Ruth Windham, Mary Ellen Roberts, Benny Windham, Junior Windham and Raphel Windham.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Peters Windham; his daughter Fran Cook (Matt); his siblings, Jewell Harrison of Lake Wales, FL, Lenora Turner, Bascom Windham (Pat) of Midland City and Harvey Windham (Mary) of Midland City; and his granddaughters, Roxie Johnson (Walt) and Zoe Cook.
