He was predeceased by: his parents, The Reverend John Fletcher and Abbie Foster McLeod; his daughter Abbie Elizabeth McLeod; and his brother William Marvin McLeod. He is survived by: his wife Laura Green McLeod; his children, Karen Leigh Hall (Mark), John Fletcher McLeod, IV (Lisa), William Wallace McLeod and Benjamin Curtis McLeod; his stepchildren, Gwin Neal King (Ty Powell), Jamie King of Headland, Alison Dempsey (Brandon) and Dothan; and his siblings, Joyce Byrd (Don), Martha McLeod of Auburn, AL and Glenn McLeod of Memphis, TN.
