It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John McDaniel (Headland, Alabama), who passed away on October 2, 2019, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Corine McDaniel and Charlie T. McDaniel. He is survived by: his wife Debra McDaniel; his children, Alice Piaggio of Pennsylvania, John McDaniel, Jr. of New Jersey, Michael Paul McDaniel of New Jersey, Michelle McDaniel of New Jersey, Shawn McDaniel and Matthew McDaniel of Headland, Ala; his siblings, Willie James of Jacksonville, Inez Slappey of Jacksonville, James E. McDaniel of New York, Pauline Dunklin of New Jersey, Evester McDaniel of New Jersey, Roy McDaniel of New Jersey, Elaine Kelly of Virginia Beach and Sandra Carter of Dothan, Ala; and his niece Kim Tacuri. He is also survived by three grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
