He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father L. J. Hardy, Jr.; his niece Dawn Hardy Lewis; his brother-in-law John Skipper; his wife Colleen Tew Hardy; his sons, Neal Hardy and Adam Hardy (Amanda); his mother Dot Shelley Hardy; his siblings, Judy Skipper, Zelda Oates (Wyatt) and Kyle Hardy (Dianne); his grandchildren, Trey Hardy, Tye Nowell (Sophie), Hudson Hardy, Gray Hardy, Mary Michael Hardy and Christen Hardy; and his brother-in-law Richard Tew (Regina) of Clearwater, FL.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Holman-Headland Mortuary Chapel (305 Main St, Headland, AL 36345). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 at 3:30 PM at the New Zion Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery (9716 Co Rd 99, Headland, AL 36345).
