He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Dowling Woodham, Sr. and Shellie Mae Warr Woodham; and his brothers, Leslie Dowling Woodham, Jr., Bobby Woodham and Colon Dean Woodham.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Mathis Woodham; his sons, Gerald C. "Jerry" Woodham (June) of Opelika, AL and Phillip Woodham; his grandchildren, Tucker Woodham, Preston Woodham and Alexandra Woodham; and his sisters, Elaine McClenney, Rena Henson and Mary Payne (Wendell) of Skipperville, AL.
