He was predeceased by: his parents, Benton Flatt, Sr. and Brina Loftis Flatt; and his brother Donald Flatt of Crossville, TN.. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Randolph Flatt; his daughter Barbara Flatt of Headland, AL; and his siblings, Benton Flatt (Evelyn) and Aline West (Rex) of Georgia.
