She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Head and Bonnie Heath Head; her husband Murloy Mullins; and her brother Cecil Head. She is survived by: her sons, James M. "Jimmy" Mullins (Gigi) of Panama City, FL and Mike Mullins (Brenda); her grandchildren, Ken Mullins (DeAnn), Brad Mullins (Stephanie), Matt Mullins (Eva), Jon Mullins (Melody), Julie Whatley (Heath) and Joey Mullins; her great grandchildren, Bradley Mullins, Kennedy Grace Mullins, Stevie-Marie Mullins, Mattie Mullins, Ethan Mullins, Kate Black (Joel), Meredith Humphries (Logan), Madison Martin, Katie Mullins, David Mullins and Zack Mullins; and her great great grandchild Hensley Black.
