It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dewey Lee Wesley Grimes (Headland, Alabama), who passed away on October 25, 2019, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Grimes and Frankie Grimes; and his daughter Malinda Howard. He is survived by: his wife Donna Sue Grimes; his daughters, Jennifer Farness (Terry), Heather Miller (Brandon), Kathy Grimes, Peggy Pope and Cricket Murray; his grandchildren, Jessica, Willie "Bud" Barber, Terry, Destiney Farness, Austin, Kendal Farness, Cody Wilkerson, Melissa Wilkerson, John, Ally Wilkerson, Lisa Farness, Brianna Farness, Ryder Meyer, Jarett Howard, Amber Howard, Ashley and Matt Parrish; and his siblings, William C. Grimes, George Grimes, Bessie Hamilton and Lynn Adams (Randall). He is also survived by his 12 great-grandchildren.
