Bettye Ham Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 17, 2024, at the age of 88, Bettye Ham of Headland, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Bettye may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Bettye touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Alford Chambers and Roxie Blalock Chambers; and her son Allen R. Ham. She is survived by: her son James David Ham (Virginia); her grandchildren, Samuel Riley (Rachel), Tiffany Ham and Haley McGlathery (Zack); and her great grandchildren, Christopher Riley, Carver Riley, John McGlathery, Samuel McGlathery and Oliver McGlathery.
