He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Raymond and Gladys Donzella Sulgrove (Young); his wife Ollie B Faulk; his son-in-law James Field; and his granddaughter Mariah Field.
He is survived by: his sister Mary Donna Ogle (Dev); his children, Donna A Field, Carol S Peirson (James) and Michael D (Frances); and his grandchildren, Brandon M Keyes (Jada), Cassidy, Taylor Peirson and Vanessa Latham (Sherry). He is also survived by great grandsons, and numerous nieces and nephews.
