He was predeceased by: his mother Cathy Jo Campbell-LaFountain of Hazel Green, AL.. He is survived by: his father Kenneth George LaFountain; his siblings, Andrew Clayton Brown, Tasha Hester, Amanda Fernandez-Yerena and Stephanie Sanders; and his sons, Zachary Jon LaFountain Jr. and Preston Clark. He is also survived by seven nieces and seven nephews, two aunts, four uncles, eleven first cousins, thirty-four second cousins, and numerous extended family.
