He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Lee Johnston, Sr. and Marie Daniel Johnston. He is survived by: his son Daniel Lee Johnston (Lauren); and his sisters, Pat Johnston Lynch of Orange Beach, Mary Jane Johnston Buck (Mike) of Hazel Green and Theresia Johnston Mullen (John) of Orange Beach.
