He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilma Virginia Woodard and James Ronald Woodard; and his brother Lee Michael Woodard. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Woodard; his children, Kristy Gulick, James Woodard (Jessica) and Jordan Woodard; his grandchildren, Levi Gurley Woodard, Abbigale Bright Woodard, Tatum Gulick and Isaiah Woodard; his brothers, Ty Woodard (John Deweese), Craig Woodard (Betty), Gene Woodard (Debbie), John Woodard (Sherry) and Ronny Woodard (Carla); and his sister-in-law Cheryl Faye Woodard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
