He is survived by: his wife Teresa Church; his son Jake Church; his daughter-in-law Hayley Beckman; his daughters, Ashley Anderson and Brittany Wilbanks; his son-in-law Chuck; and his grandchildren, Hannah Anderson, Lindsey Anderson, Caleb Watkins and Levi Wilbanks. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hazel Green Funeral Home (13921 US-231, Hazel Green, AL 35750). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
