He was predeceased by: his parents, Pink Hayes and Clytee Hayes; his sister Juanita Parker; and his brother-in-law James Lucas. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his children, Janice, Jeannie Hayes, Jodie Kinney, Michelle Piscitello and Robby Hayes (Susan); his grandchildren, Dustin Ober (Liz), Ryan Dalton (Carlie), Tiffany Bates (Ryan), Briley Chambers, Austin Hayes, Addy Kinney and Chaney Kinney; his great grandchildren, Jonathan, Catherine Ober, Rylynn Bates and Kinsley Dalton; and his siblings, Terry Hayes (Vickie) and Melrose Lucas.
