He was predeceased by: his mother Erma Rumsey. He is survived by: his wife Faye R. Shook; his children, Michael Shook, Richard Shook Jr. (Ginger), Jennifer Hargrave (Kenneth) and Kelly Gardner (Thomas); his grandchildren, Megan (Darrell Ducote), Branden (Marlana Hargrave), Joseph (Charlie Gardner) and Richard III (Samantha Shook); his great grandchildren, Alyssa McMurray, Lillian Ducote, Aylla, Harrison Hargrave, Pippa and Miles Gardner; and his siblings, Robert Shook (Margie), Orson Rumsey, Randy Rumsey (Kim) and Cindy Rumsey.
