She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred King and Annie B Jacobs King; her daughter April Joyce; and her siblings, Freddie King, Jack King, James King, Beverly King and June Britton.
She is survived by: her son Richard Patterson of Hazel Green, AL; her grandchildren, April Grove (Kevin) of Hazel Green, AL, Rachel Neeley (Justin) of Toney, AL and Joel Patterson of Huntsville, AL; her great grandchildren, Kevin Grove Jr, Lucas Grove, Aaron Grove, Kaleb Neeley and Patrick Neeley; her siblings, Jerry King and Glenda Pierce; and her husband Theodore. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
