For Patricia is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Bankston and Jewel Bankston; and her granddaughter Debra. She is survived by: her husband William Erskine Drake; her sons, Donnie Drake and Dennis Drake (Deborah); and her brother Rodney Bankston (Dixie). She is also survived by seven grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hazel Green Funeral Home (13921 US-231, Hazel Green, AL 35750). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
