She was predeceased by: her husband John Spray; her stepsons, John Spray and Michael Spray; her parents, William Arthur and Laura Patterson Stafford; and her siblings, Annie Hellum, Orville Stafford, Kathleen Stewart, Mauvareen Hill of Arthur Stafford, W. A. Stafford and Kenneth Stafford.
She is survived by: her stepdaughters, Pamela Stutz and Terry Spray. She is also survived by several nephews, nieces, and many friends.
