Lucky Thomas Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 8, 2024, at the age of 85, Lucky Thomas of Hazel Green, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Devon Thomas and Opal Irene Thomas; his siblings, Homer Alonzo Thomas and Linda Gail Elledge; and his son Michael Devon Thomas.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Thomas; his children, Lisa Marie Thomas, David Lee Thomas, Joseph Wayne Thomas, Jeffery Brian Thomas, Larry Allen Thomas and Kevin Devon Thomas; and his brother Gary Steve Thomas. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hazel Green Funeral Home (13921 US-231, Hazel Green, AL 35750). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
