He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Neeley and Rita Flynt; and his grandparents, William, Louise Neeley, Leonard and Margie Flynt.
He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Hunter Neeley; his daughters, Allyson Neeley, Amber Neeley and His; his stepdaughter Megan Kirkpatrick; his granddaughter Madeline Neeley; his brothers, Toby Campbell (Melissa), Dustin Campbell and His; his nephews, Andrew, Jackson, Ty and His; and his niece Reese. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
