He was predeceased by: his parents, Leemon Mills and Edna Mills. He is survived by: his children, James Mills and Joy Craig (Josh); and his sisters, Carolyn Neeley (Harold) and Laura Nicholas (David). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and lifelong friends.
