It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Conley of Hazel Green, Alabama, who passed away on December 10, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Hazel Green Funeral Home (13921 US-231, Hazel Green, AL 35750).
