She is survived by: her significant other Dennis Young; her children, Jerry Sr. (Molly), Jason (Tanya), Denny and Sandy; her grandchildren, Jerry Jr., Jason (Jaybo), Sarah, Hayley, Jake and Kylie; her great grandchild Alli; her sisters, Kay, Mary Ellen, Carolyn, Rita, Vickey and Sherry; and her pet Wilson.
