He was predeceased by: his wife Wilma Virginia Evans Woodard; his parents, John Howard Woodard and Guyselle Greene; and his brother John Larry Woodard. He is survived by: his daughters-in-law, Lee Woodard, Sheryl Woodard of Toney, John Deweese Woodard of Highland Rim, Craig Woodard of Hazel Green, Betty Woodard of Hazel Green, Gene Woodard of Hazel Green, Debbie Woodard of Hazel Green, Steve Woodard of Hazel Green, Kim Woodard of Hazel Green, Sherry Woodard of Hazel Green, Ronny Woodard of Hazel Green and Carla Woodard of Hazel Green; and his brothers, Ray Greene and Richard Martin "Ricky" Greene.
