He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Towery and Alice Towery (McCaleb). He is survived by: his wife Susan Towery (Hill); his children, Brandi Land (David), Emilyanne Towery, Michael Towery (Tammy) and Jonathan Towery; his granddaughters, Raegan Land and Bree Towery; his great-aunt Marie Towery; his uncle Rice Towry (Carolyn); and his sisters, Peggy Pierce (James) and Sandra Vann (Dennis). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
