He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ronald and Wilma Evans Woodard; and his brothers, Lee Woodard and Steve Woodard. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Woodard; his children, Torie, Rebecca and Nicholas Woodard (Jazel); his grandchildren, Nathaniel, Catherine, Sophia, Alexandria and Thomas; his brothers, Ty Woodard (John), Craig Woodard (Betty), John Woodard (Sherry) and Ronny Woodard (Carla); and his sisters-in-law, Sheryl Woodard and Kimberly Woodard. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
