He was predeceased by: his mother-in-law Barbara Faye Cook. He is survived by: his wife Leigh Cooper; his daughters, Carley and McKenzie Cooper; his stepfather Jean Eichenlaub (Charlie); his father Jerry Cooper; his sister Barbara Saunders (Chris); his niece Emma Saunders; his brother-in-law Clark Cook (Kristal); and his nephews, Parker and Brock Cook.
