Fred Collins Hunter Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 3, 2018, at the age of 87, Fred Collins Hunter (Hazel Green, Alabama) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Ophelene McGuinness Hunter; his parents, Elvie and Bertha Spray Hunter; and his siblings, Cecil Hunter, Homer Hunter, Billy Hunter, Albert Hunter, Willard Hunter and Evelyn "Josie" Layne.
He is survived by: his children, Debbie Smith and Randy Hunter; his grandchildren, Colby Smith and Jessica Hunter; his great grandchild Harper Grace Smith; his sisters, Gwen Potter, Pauline Campbell and Linda Sibley; and also, Marty Smith, Sherry Hunter and Chesley Smith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and a host of loving family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or your favorite charity.
