He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his children, Quentin, Brianna, Andrew and Hannah; his grandchildren, Avery, Cloude, Hazel, Scarlett, Alice and Isabella; his mother Joanne Wood; and his siblings, Ben Chouinard and Joni Darga.
