He was predeceased by: his parents, James Stafford and Mildred Stafford; and his brothers, Steven M., Douglas E. and Stanley R. Stafford.
He is survived by: his children, David Tart (Rhonda), Christy Hotchkiss (Donnie), Candice Godsey and Chase Vandermark; and his grandchildren, Chandler, Chloe, Addison Tart, Blake, Brandon Russell, Haley, Jayce Hotchkiss and Hayden Maze.
