She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Lee Collier Sr; her sons, Kenneth "Lee" Collier Jr and Forrest Wayne Collier (Tara); her grandchildren, Jackson, Cole, Lawson, Camryn, Annie and Charley; her siblings, Ginger Baldwin (Glenn) and Frederick Sayers (Tina); and her sisters-in-law, Joanna Collier (Shelly Ray), Donna Collier (Richard), Sarah and Foote.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations in memory of Dottie to Hazel Green United Methodist Church designated for Lunches of Love or the Huntsville Assistance Program.
