He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Thelma Stephens; his wife Mary Ann Hill; and his siblings, Billy, Frank Stephens, Louise Wampler, Faye George and Patricia Richardson.

He is survived by: his children, Vicky Davis (Gary), Becky Billions (Tony), Libby Edwards (Mike) and Marty Stephens (Trish). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, 2 sister-in-laws, nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you donate to his church at Charity Baptist Church in Hazel Green, AL, or your favorite charity.
