He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank N. Daniels and Helen Daniels (Jordan); his brothers, Robert Bruce "Bobby" Daniels and Harold Lynn Daniels; and his brother-in-law Billy Thrower.

He is survived by: his wife Marie Daniels; his children, Adam Jordan Daniels, Andrew Dalton Daniels of Hazel Green and Alicia Donielle Daniels of Birmingham; his brother Glenn Daniels (Angie) of Arab; his nieces, Alexis Daniels, Brandi Daniels and Cayla Daniels of Huntsville; his sister-in-law Betty Thrower; and his niece Sara Thrower of Huntsville.

In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Witch Creek Storage Building Fund.
