She was predeceased by: her mother Sharon Hoskins; her grandmother Peggy Tate; and her uncle Tommy Tate. She is survived by: her husband Will "Cotton" Fowler; her children, Shelby Rae Tate, Brian Fowler, Allison Fowler, Leslie Fowler and Emily Fowler; her brothers, Jack Foster, Michael Foster and Her; her friends, April Hummel and Dina Janicki; and also, Her and Ashley Tate.
