Chris Ann is survived by: husband Greg Marty; daughter Harley Boyett; mother Betty Yell; and siblings, Johnnie Yell (Sheri) and Bonita Davidson (Rodney).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Lung Cancer Association.
