Wells Jr (Alisa) and Danny Maples (Candie); his siblings, Robert Wells (Catherine) and Nancy Hofues; his sister-in-law Lovell Tate Wells; his grandchildren, Cassie Wells, Julie Todd (Jordan), Russell Knight, Ellen Sterry, Kasi McDermott, Jason Maples (Laura) and Zachary Maples (Whitney); and his great grandchild Felix Maples.
