He was predeceased by: his mother Mamie Anderson Pack; his siblings, Bobby Pack, Wallace Pack, Wanda Jackson and Gaynell Robinson; his siblings-in-law, Limus Jackson, Marshall Robinson and Louise Pack; and his pet Tobea.
He is survived by: his friends, Cafe, Sunday Morning and Bar-B-Que; his wife Cynthia Prince Pack; his sons, Carlton Pack (Jordan), Eddie Pack (Sheila) and Bobby Pack (Tara); his brother Jerry Pack (Simone); his niece Aidan Mills; his close friend Benny Pugh (Sue); and his pets, Aubie, Lola and Little White Dog. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
