He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Screws and Vertis Pearl Screws; and his brother Ralph Scott. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Screws; his daughter Christy Hebert (Joe); his brother Craig Screws (Angie); and his grandchildren, Cole, Brittney and Brinley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
