She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Millican and Ada Millican (Coffman); her husband John James Jr.; and her siblings, Edrelle Watson, Venita Gardener and Carl Millican.
She is survived by: her daughters, Camilla Scogin (Randy) and Sheila Malone; her grandchildren, Michelle Thomas (Joe), Andy Roan (Nicole) and Kristi Brooks (Neal); and her sisters, Correne Lewis and Wynell Neely. She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
